We are seeking reliable and kind Candidates to join our team in supporting individuals to live independently at home.
Role: Provide essential personal and social support.
Key Duties: Assisting with washing and dressing, light household tasks, meal preparation, and accessing the community/appointments.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-10am and 6pm-8pm, with opportunities for additional hours. Other various hours (including weekends) are available for the right Candidate.
About You: Reliable, trustworthy, with a willingness to learn and the right values to empower independence.
Experience: Preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Requirements: Right to Work in the UK, a valid UK driving licence is preferred (not essential), for some domiciliary roles. Good listening and communication skills are essential.
Experience: Preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

QUALIFIED NURSES
We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate qualified nurses to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
The Role: You will be responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating high-quality patient care. This varied role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care.
Administering medications and treatments according to clinical protocols.
Maintaining high-quality clinical records and ensuring compliance with all guidelines.
Working effectively within a multidisciplinary team and acting as a patient advocate.
Providing support and education to patients and their families.
Requirements: Current and valid UK NMC registration (Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disability specific as required).
Relevant experience within an acute or primary care setting is desirable, but newly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply and will receive full preceptorship support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
